Payment can be made through PayPal or money order only.
No personal checks will be accepted. Quilts must be prepaid before they
are shipped.

In addition to placing your order by clicking on the "Begin Checkout"
button, please contact me by email to ensure my prompt notification of
your
order: nancy@nancysquilts.com.
If you choose to use a money order, place your quilt order by email to:
nancy@nancysquilts.com . Identify which quilts(s)
you wish to purchase by both the quilt name and the quilt number.
I will respond to your request by return
email (or by phone if requested) to let you know if the quilt
is still available and what the total cost of your order is. Be
sure to include your address (especially State name to determine
tax applicability) in your email request. California residents
must add 8.25% sales tax to their payment.
I will hold the quilt(s) you order for 10 days only, while your payment
is in the mail. Please let
me know if you have changed your mind so that I can make it available
again to other buyers.
Quilts will be shipped by Priority Mail with the Postal
Service. Shipping/handling costs for orders in the USA will
be computed on all PayPal orders as follows:
1 quilt - $15
2 quilts - $25
3 quilts - $30
4 quilts and up - $100 (will be adjusted
for zip code
shipping rate once weighed). I will contact you by email once
actual
shipping/handling costs are determined and will refund any overcharged
amount or request additional funds, if necessary, for very large
orders.
Shipping/handling costs for money orders are the same as above.
Shipping/handling costs for orders outside the
USA will be determined by US Postal Service.
Shipping/Handling Fees for Wall
Hangings:
Because of the smaller size of each of the quilted wall
hangings, the shipping/handling price for each is $8.00
(plus tax for California orders). To order one of these wall
hangings or table runners please contact me at nancy@nancysquilts.com and I
will send you a bill through PayPal. The shipping fee for
multiple wall hangings on one order will be adjusted downward based on
postal rates.
Return Policy
Once you have received the quilt that you ordered, inspect it
carefully to make sure it is what you want. If it does not meet
your expectations, contact me by email nancy@nancysquilts.com.
within 48 hours of your receiving the quilt to notify me that you are
returning it. Once the 48 hour period has expired, the quilt
cannot be returned.
Mail the quilt back to me within the 48 hour period. The quilt
must be received in the same condition as it was sent to you.
Once I have received it, I will refund the original cost of the
quilt plus sales tax, if applicable. The shipping fee is not
refundable. All refunds will be through PayPal or by money order.
